Licenses deliver digitally after payment confirmation. Because access begins immediately, refunds are limited to the cases below.
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.
When refunds may apply
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.

Approved refunds process back to the original payment method when possible.
